Hello . I want to share the experience of my childbirth with the support of Ira 🥰 I gave birth for the first time and it was very scary. My husband and I were planning a partner birth, but who knows if he will get sick 😅 I was worried that I would be able to give birth myself without all kinds of interventions, so that the doctors would not harm me. Plus I don't speak English very well. That's why I was looking for a doula who could support me. I found Ira, we met and she immediately inspired trust. A very nice and pleasant girl. And what was important for me was that she had her own birth experience. We discussed all the details of how I present my births. She knows a lot of information (yes, this information is on the Internet, but it's worth talking about it again) So Ira supported me throughout my pregnancy. If something bothered me, I could turn to her and she helped and reassured 🌸 When I needed her help at a doctor's examination, she went with me. She gave me 💯 support. Here came the day of meeting with 👼🏻I felt the first contractions at 12.30 at night, but I waited... I called Ira at 3 in the morning and she answered right away 🥰we agreed that whenever I wanted she would come to my house (45 minutes drive) At seven I called and asked to come, but all this time she wrote to me, supported me. At eight o'clock we were already on our way to the hospital. While my husband was parking the car, Ira brought a stroller so that I wouldn't have to walk. At the registration they ask a lot of questions, and I have to concentrate on the fights. Ira also helps here. When they took us to the room to give birth, Ira supported me and said exactly those words to me!!! which I needed. Of course, my husband was also supportive 😊but he was very worried))) and could talk to me during the fight, which was distracting. So, during labor, my husband was behind the screen (I wasn't feeling well 😁) Ira was with me, reminding me how to breathe, when to strain)) and here I am holding my little angel in my arms 😇 everything was as I wanted. Next time only with Ira. PS She stayed with us after, helped to put the baby to the breast. I also took photos and videos during childbirth. A few days later, she came home to show how to take care of the baby. Irochka, thank you ♥️. I had a pleasant experience of my childbirth.
