Orthomolecular care in pregnancy is defined in Dr Klenner's research to eliminate stillbirths, miscarriages and postpartum-hemorrhaging.... and expanded in the book Vitamins and Pregnancy [Helen Saul] 4. My expected budget needs more data. I'm currently working with a naturopath on the fertility side,, adding those expenses plus cryobank, plus deliver servicing 5. No interest in waterbirthing [fluoridated and difficult to keep adequately hyperthermic], but have read on hyperbaric oxygen therapy to increase baby's oxygenation in the hours after waters-release.. and potentially intravenous vit-C like Dr Klenner sometimes favored or maybe Dr Steve Hickey's claim to be able to achieve IVC-saturation with lypospheric vitamin C and thus reduce delivery laboring .

Looking for a consult with a high risk midwife- my husband and I are thinking about trying for a baby soon but I had postpartum HELLP with my last pregnancy and doula recommends a MFM OB or a high risk midwife. My last baby was also a VBAC- not sure if this is relevant! Not sure on budget but would need to give birth in/ near a hospital due to potential serious complications

My husband and I are first time parents. My husband is more apprehensive with a homebirth than I am, however he is on board. I am an ER nurse and he works in the vet field. We have two dogs one who is small and the other a big dog. We are both Christians who would love to have someone who respects those values. My ideal birth plan is a home water birth that is peaceful and doesn't feel unnatural. I would love to work with my body and not against during labor and birth. I would like to have an educated midwife and doula who can recognize as early as possible if things aren't right and aren't afraid to act but also respect communication in real time if needed. During labor my home will be open to our immediate family which isn't small. I hope that I can find someone who doesn't mind. Our family’s will be aware of when they are to be there and not. My birthplan can be flexible but would love to have a unmedicated natural birth. As far as estimated budget I hope I can have someone who take insurance. However if not we can be flexible for the right person.
