Package of 7 session. Including one 90 minute initial session and 6 - 45-60 minute sessions.
We will cover how to track and chart your cycle using the fertility awareness method. I will also make individualized recommendations for you depending on what shows up in your charts. We will work together over a 4-5 month period.
