I have been a registered nurse specializing in perinatal care since 1990. In 2015, I became an IBCLC and began working full-time as an inpatient lactation consultant. In 2019, I expanded my skills by studying craniosacral therapy under Carol Gray. Over time, I integrated craniosacral therapy and lactation consulting at the Recovery Lounge while interning with Amanda Glenn, gradually preparing for retirement from my hospital position. In May 2024, I retired and shifted my focus to the Recovery Lounge and Spa, where I now combine lactation consulting with infant craniosacral therapy, as the two practices complement each other to foster a more joyful breastfeeding experience.

At the Recovery Lounge and Spa, we offer specialized lactation services provided by an IBCLC with advanced training in tongue tie evaluation and oral habilitation. I also specialize in infant craniosacral therapy, a gentle, light-touch approach that reduces oral and body tension for a more comfortable feeding experience. Our focus includes care for parents, too. We provide services such as massage, lymphatic massage, adult craniosacral therapy, PEMF therapy, and more to support overall wellness and relaxation.
