Love Lactation,LLC Meet your Lactation Consultant Heather Cordova IBCLC I have been a lactation consultant for more than 13 years and have worked with families for over 30 years. I strongly believe that everyone should have access to professional care, and I am passionate about providing that support to families. Feeding your baby is a deeply personal experience, and I am dedicated to helping you reach your feeding goals. My approach is personalized to fit each individual’s unique path and special journey. Since earning my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, I spent 29 years with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, offering both nutrition education and lactation support. In 2011, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and I have been in private practice for over 12 years. I am married, with two children, both of whom I breastfed for a full year. My daughter, now an adult, has significant special needs. When I was breastfeeding her, I needed extra care and professional support to reach my goals. Without that guidance, I’m not sure I would have been able to continue providing her with human milk. This experience drives my passion to ensure others have access to the same level of care and support.
