About me

I have been a licensed social worker for 20 years. I am certified in baby message and as a sleep trainer. I taught birth basics, breast feeding, and parenting classes for 6 years. I worked as a hospital social work for 3 years supporting women on bedrest, while their baby stayed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and postpartum for up to 6 months after delivery. I have 3 boys of my own. I was a military spouse for many years. I am currently working as a therapist at a private practice part-time but have flexibility in providing night nanny support to parents that need a night off or that just need more guidance with baby scheduling and circadian rhythm.

Packages
Night Nanny
I look forward to helping you (and your partner) get some much needed rest. My night nanny support services include one 90 minute meet and greet where you can share all about your baby(ies) individual needs, space, and nightly routine. I will use this time to ask you questions about preferences. In addition, you can use this time to ask me any questions and provide me with instructions that you'd like me to follow. Prior to this 90 minute meet and greet, we will decide upon what evening is the best for you to have me stay in your home and care for your baby over night so you can sleep. I provide my own sleep set-up which includes a light-weight twin cot which can be set-up in your baby's space or a different space if you prefer. The hours of night nanny are from 9:30pm - 6:00am. The meet and greet and one night shift is $200. I am a licensed clinical social worker, therefore, I have a federal and state background check completed per every renewal period of my license. I accept all forms of payment including Venmo. References are provided upon request.

Newborn basic care and guidance, sibling support, baby attachment support, and baby sleep training
These services begin at an hourly rate. This hour will be a space for you to share where you are now with knowledge, sleep habits, behaviors, worries and concerns. Furthermore, I will share what the experts advise, as well as what has worked for countless other parents. I am always available for a shorter amount of time or additional hours to continue to problem solve. With sleep training, I will suggest that after the initial hour, we will continue to have check-ins every 2 to 3 days for support with any transition/ issues that arise.

Hatti was prompt, friendly and reliable. She had an extensive array of knowledge and experience that me and my family continue to benefit from. Not only did she provide consistent care for my children, but was also available to share her expertise related to parenting. We will certainly utilize her again in the future.

Hatti is an amazing caregiver. She brings a wealth of knowledge in addition to her heartfelt care. She has work experience in neonatal intensive care units, caring for both babies and mothers. She also has three children of her own, making her fully equipped to handle all care needs at all stages. She is a blessing and anyone would be privileged to welcome her into their home to support their family.
