Mindful Mommy Birth Package
$1550.00+HST (50% deposit to hold your space in the doula’s calendar and the remaining 50% due at 36 weeks)
INCLUDES:
* 2 Prenatal Visits (in person or virtual) 1 to 2 hours each
* Weekly check-ins from 39 weeks onward
* Unlimited phone/text/face time/email support
* On-call support 24/7 to answer questions or concerns
* Attendance from active labour to 1 to 2 hours after birth
* 1 Postpartum visit (1 to 2 hours each) to check in, process the birth experience and answer any and all questions.
* Postpartum hours may be added at the clients request

Mindful Mommy Postpartum Care
Rates: Hourly - $45/hour+hst with a 3-hour minimum visit at a time (you can create any amount of hours you like)
Our most popular package is our 12-hour package for $540.00+hst and our 24-hour package for $1080.00+hst
* Answer any questions that refer to you and your baby
* Tips for soothing your baby
* Referrals to outside sources, ie: lactation consultants, pelvic floor etc)
* Meal preparation
* Emotional support (That's our fav!)
* Help with feeding, whether it's breastfeeding or bottle feeding. We support you no matter what
* Light housekeeping ie: laundry, dishes etc
* Help with bathing and swaddling
* Babywearing
* Colic
* Postpartum depression and/or anxiety
* And sometimes we just hold the baby so you can get some sleep! (Our other fav!)

Mindful Mommy Night Doula Services
$360.00/night (8-hour shift at a time or more). For example, 10 pm-6 am (or whichever schedule you create with the doula you choose)

Getting enough sleep is an extremely vital piece to preventing postpartum depression and increasing postpartum healing. You will need proper rest in order to care for and nurture your baby the best way you can. Sleep is also highly beneficial in helping you maintain balance during your days and have a healthy relationship with your partner in the first few months as a new family.
* Create a healthy sleep space
* Get your baby on a good day and night sleep schedule
* We will soothe, feed, and snuggle your baby as needed (nursed babies are brought to parents when it’s time)
We kindly ask that you have an area prepared where the Doula can comfortably care for your baby.
