New client welcome meet consultation (30-45 minute, virtual) 24/7 phone, email, and text support Birth plan (If you would like one, will be done at prenatal visit) 1 Prenatal visit (between 32-38 weeks, virtual) On-Call phone support during labor to answer questions; help with options etc. (from 38 weeks-birth) Active labor and delivery support & guidance Breastfeeding support & guidance 1 Postpartum visit (between 1-4 weeks, virtual)

I will provide one (1) prenatal meeting (in person or virtual). At this meeting, we will discuss and explore your priorities and concerns, and plan how to best work together to meet your needs. I will be available to answer questions about upcoming baby care or services anytime before the birth of your baby. Once your baby is born, I will provide the following services, if needed: Education on postpartum issues Guidance with newborn care and feeding Breastfeeding support and tips Emotional support and nurturing for the new mother Help with postpartum care (ie: preparing sitz baths, foot soaks, taking care of baby while you shower / nap etc) Healthy and nutritious meals and/or meal planning (at your expense) Light housekeeping (ie: light laundry and folding, tidying up) A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due upon the signing of this contract. This deposit will be applied to the final week of care. The remainder of services must be paid for on a weekly basis, or if we have discussed previous payment arrangements. If, after services are completed, you wish to contract for additional visits, these will be invoiced for separately and paid for at the beginning of each visit. My current hourly rate is $50. Singleton: $50/hour ( 8 hour minimum) Twins/Multiples: $60/hour (8 hour minimum) Do you need just one postpartum visit? (to get caught up on laundry, loading dishwasher, making a meal, just relaxing in a bath while I take care of baby) Then you can book one 4 hour visit for $180.
