One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy Referrals as needed to community or other resources On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby Up to 12 hours of in-person labor support [additional hours beyond 12 will be billed at the hourly rate of $35/hour] Postpartum support for 1-2 hours following the birth

Breastfeeding: Provide education, support, and guidance on breastfeeding, pumping, and formula feeding Newborn care: Help with diaper changes, bathing, burping, and sleep and calming techniques Household tasks: Help with light cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping Emotional support: Help new parents cope with the physical and emotional challenges of childbirth Infant soothing: Help families learn how to soothe and bond with their baby Physical support: Provide physical support to the mother as she recovers from childbirth Baby education: Teach new parents how to bathe, swaddle, and more Organization: Help organize the nursery and delegate support from friends and family
