Happy Mama was created to provide emotional, physical, and informational support to birthing individuals and their families throughout their childbirth experience. We are committed to promoting and protecting the rights and autonomy of our clients, helping them make informed decisions about their care, and advocating for their needs in the birthing setting. Our goal is to empower and uplift women, helping them have a positive, memorable, and fulfilling birth experience. We believe that every birth is unique and deserving of individualized care, and we strive to provide a nurturing, non-judgmental, and compassionate presence for all those we serve. Currently located in Birmingham, Alabama and providing care virtually to anyone in need.

Continuous phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period. Two prenatal visits to help you prepare for birth. A comprehensive birth plan consultation to ensure your vision for labor and delivery is realized. A hospital bag checklist to help you pack everything you need for your big day. Access to personal lending library and comprehensive list of community resources. 24/7 on-call status starting at 37 weeks, so you have peace of mind knowing we are always available. Unwavering emotional, physical, and educational support during labor and delivery. Immediate postpartum support for up to two hours at the place of birth. Two postpartum visits: The first visit will take place in the week following your baby's arrival, and the second will be a month after birth. Phone and email support for up to six weeks post-birth to ensure a smooth transition.
