About me

Hi mamas and soon-to-be mamas! I'm Fredi, a birth doula located in Los Angeles. As an ecologist and spiritual practitioner, I am so grateful to have wandered into the world of birth work — it's this deeply personal, intentional, and synergetic work that draws me in and feels like a natural culmination of my passions and gifts. Birth amazes me in its physiology, in how it connects us so clearly to the natural world, and in the way it illuminates our true power as women. I'd be honored to support you during the momentous rites of pregnancy and birth, no matter your birth preferences. I offer 3 comprehensive birth packages and will negotiate sliding scale options for those interested. I also provide spiritually competent care to Muslims.

Services include prenatal visits, consistent birth support, postpartum check-ins, unlimited communications, prenatal yoga, perinatal nutrition guidance, aromatherapy, meal prep, placenta burial ceremonies, abortion and loss support, and spiritually competent care. I offer 3 birth packages and sliding scale options.

Full birth support and attendance (birth planning, unlimited phone, text, and email support, finding your ideal birthing position(s), recommendations to prevent fatigue and labor complications, comfort measures, breathwork training, aromatherapy, access to my network of body workers, therapists, and licensed specialists, prenatal and postpartum nutrition guidance, and postpartum support resources); PLUS: 2 prenatal visits (up to 2 hours each), 1 postpartum check-in visit (up to 1 hour), & optional prenatal yoga session.

Full birth support and attendance (birth planning, unlimited phone, text, and email support, finding your ideal birthing position(s), recommendations to prevent fatigue and labor complications, comfort measures, breathwork training, aromatherapy, access to my network of body workers, therapists, and licensed specialists, prenatal and postpartum nutrition guidance, and postpartum support resources) PLUS: 3 prenatal visits (up to 2 hours each), 2 postpartum check-in visits (up to 2 hours each), 2 optional prenatal yoga sessions, one homemade, nourishing recovery meal (within 3 days of labor), & Placenta Burial & Tree Planting Ceremony (if desired).
