Hi, I’m having my second child this upcoming November! I’m in search of a doula to help advocate for my ideal birth & assist my husband in pain management for a medication free birth. We have Kaiser Health coverage and are looking for someone who accepts insurance. I’m giving birth at Roseville Kaiser.

Giving birth at Sutter Sacramento CA. Budget would be max $3000, preferred if insurance covers all of it. Birth plan is to feel supported and comfortable. Open to epidural. Mainly want to feel heard in labor. I didn’t feel cared for during my first labor experience.

I plan on birthing at a hospital (Kaiser). I would like to know my rights during the birthing process and what will be more beneficial for me and my baby. My doula would need a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). My doula will need an NPI to file a claim with Kaiser Permanente.
