Hello! Plan to give birth in Sacramento, CA. Prefer to deliver naturally without epidural but this is before knowing what contractions will feel like or if the baby is large (first birth). Interested in strengthening pelvic floor and taking care of it postpartum. Interested in practicing breathing exercises and strategies for natural pain management. Partner needs help with the feelings throughout birthing process but is the biggest supporter. We have GEHA United Health Care and have up to $1000 for doula services.

I am looking for a doula for birth. I have had two vaginal deliveries one in 2015 and 2018 and I have had two c sections that were surrogate pregnancies one was emergency the second was elective 2020 and 2023 . This delivery I do really want to have a vaginal delivery my doctor did state I can make whatever decision I would like . I am also looking for a women who is a Christian and leads with faith.
