Greetings, my name is Faviola and I am a certified Doula, BLS certified, specialized in night support. I have over 5 years of experience in infant care and I love to help families to adjust their new routine with a newborn, creating a safe and loving environment. Servicing Sacramento and surrounding counties. I was born and raised in Redwood City, Ca. The Bay Area was really all where my life was at, but in this economy, I had no choice but to move to Elk Grove where my family lived. I really love living here with my family, our two kids, kitty named Grayzie, and our 7 chickens. I really enjoy the homestead lifestyle and eventually my family and I plan to live in the country. My kids and I enjoy baking pies, making pastas, and simply hanging out. I do enjoy watching old tv shows such as Frasier, The nanny, and love Historic movies. I am very passionate about helping others whether is staying over night, or bringing over chicken soup, or to simply be an ear to anyone, I am always the one they call and rely on.

Overnight support is when a Postpartum Doula comes to your home to support you through the night by fully caring for the baby while you are able to get some sleep. Some other ways a doula can support you at night are: • Support with feeding your baby, by bringing them to you to eat or helping with bottle feeding • Light food prep such as lactation snacks, nourishing soups, or leaving breakfast ready for when you wake • Laundry and quiet household organizing/tidying
