I pride myself on being a knowledgeable, approachable and accessible presence during such a transformative time in a woman’s life. My goal is to empower women, educate them about their options, and help them feel supported every step of the way. I’m exceptional at listening to the specific needs of each family and tailoring my care to meet their unique requests. As a doula, I provide emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth. I’m skilled at creating a calming environment, offering comfort measures like massage and relaxation techniques, and being an advocate for the birthing person’s wishes. I also assist with breastfeeding, guide families through postpartum recovery, and help partners feel confident in their roles. With certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, EFM, breastfeeding, and more, I bring both clinical expertise and compassionate care to my work. Whether it’s through antepartum support during high-risk pregnancies, encouragement during labor, or postpartum reassurance, I’m here to ensure the family’s journey is as smooth, personalized, and empowering as possible.

As a dedicated labor and delivery nurse and certified doula, I offer comprehensive support throughout all stages of pregnancy, labor, and delivery. In addition to my doula services, I offer expert care as a night nurse, providing newborn care and ensuring that both mother and baby receive the attention and care they deserve during the night.
