Prenatal class covered by most private health care insurance plans! Join our 6-week virtual prenatal class series, designed to support and educate expectant parents from the comfort of home. Each session covers essential topics like expectations throughout pregnancy, birth planning, comfort techniques, labor and delivery, newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum support—helping you feel confident, prepared, and connected on your journey to parenthood. Classes will be held on Zoom from 6:30pm-8:30pm on the following dates: May 7 May 14 May 21 May 28 June 4 June 11 Please note that you will be provided with receipts after each class so that you may submit it under social work through your private insurance.
