Curious how you’re going to juggling being home with a newborn, all while…managing the household (meals, cleaning, laundry, shopping, pets, etc), navigating visitors, meeting your own needs and your partner’s? Who is stressed out rather than excited about your time at home? High Country Doulas understands your excitement and your trepidation. We work with families everyday who are bringing home their baby/babies and quickly feel overwhelmed with just being able to shower, eat a full meal, get a restful stretch of sleep, and not feel rude with loved one who just want to drop by for a visit.
This is an online event. Your instructor will provide you with instructions on how to attend after you sign up for the event.
