This will be for all first time parents! The first half of the course will focus on choosing the right birth team, identifying red flags in providers, learning about birthing models, and advocacy skills. The second portion of the course will focus on coping techniques to use in labor as well as a brief overview of the stages of labor and what to expect through each stage. Class will be led by DONA trained doula Courtney Anderson. There will be an interactive Q&A at the end of the class.
