About the provider
Meet Gina - Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach & Certified Child Behaviour Specialist. As a mom of four and Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, Gina works closely with families solving their child’s sleep challenges and applying strategies that result in lasting healthy sleep. From bedtime battles to multiple night wakings, to naps and daily scheduling; Gina works with families on a plan and guides and supports the whole way through. Additionally, as Child Behaviour Specialist, Gina helps parents navigate through different ages and stages, using positive guidance tools. Parents can combine sleep and behaviour coaching for toddlers and older children, or support behaviour challenges on their own in 1-1 sessions, parenting workshops or group sessions.
