About me

I am a passionate caregiver and supporter in your postpartum journey. Whether this is your first child, or you’ve experienced this journey before I am eager to support you physically, emotionally and spiritually as you welcome your new child into your family and home. I dedicated to equipping you with the skills and confidence to take care of not only your newborn, but also yourself during this time. I am passionate about supporting your physical needs, holding space for you to process your birth experience and journey into parenthood, and making your postpartum journey a memory you will treasure as your baby grows. I am knowledgeable about infant sleep, and can support you with evidence based methods of your preference to shape and condition your babies sleep as they grow based on your goals. I am organized and efficient in supporting you with light housekeeping so you can focus on bonding with your new baby during this time. I hope to leave you feeling confident, well rested and ready to tackle any transitions that come after our time together. Outside of doula work you can find me reading,spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, cooking plant based meals, and relaxing with my 3 lovely fur baby kitties.

Service introduction

I am an experienced postpartum doula, newborn care specialist and pediatric sleep specialist. I provide in person and virtual postpartum support. I support with daytime or overnight care. I am CPR/PALS certified, have my own transportation (parking is needed), I am vaccinated and can mask in your home at your preference.

Postpartum overnight support
Postpartum overnight support allows you and your partner to get much needed adequate rest while I care for your newborn, support you with breast/chestfeeding, do light housework such as cleaning baby bottles/ pump parts, or folding laundry, and support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually as you adjust to brining your new child home. Minimum shift of 1 night per week, minumum of 8 hours, minimum of 4 weeks. 50% due at signing and other 50% due upon starting of services.

Postpartum daytime support
Postpartum daytime support gives you the support of a knowledgeable experienced postpartum professional to help with newborn care, breast/chestfeeding support, light housekeeping such as cleaning baby bottles/pump parts, folding laundry, organizing, wiping down counters, emptying dishwasher, and vacuuming. I can answer any questions about newborn care, sleep training, etc and equip you with the skills and confidence to care for your newborn and yourself during postpartum and beyond. Minimum shift 5 hours, minimum 1x per week, minimum 2 weeks

Sleep training
I am an experienced and knowledgeable pediatric sleep consultant. I can provide you with evidence based methods to condition and train your (3 months +) baby to sleep through the night giving you much needed rest as a parent, and your baby one of the most important gifts of all- quality sleep. I can provide virtual or in person support to asses your child’s sleep environment, schedule and temperament to provide an optimized plan according to your preferences to help your child learn to sleep and fall back to sleep independently. I can support you in person by physically being present during this process overnight while you participate or get much needed rest or I can provide a virtual sleep plan, and answer any questions that arise during this process. Minimum shift of 8 hours 4 nights per week for 4 weeks or virtually $500 for 1 intake consultation, sleep plan and support during/after the process to answer any questions and make modifications as needed
