Hi! My name is Erica Cadavid. I am a certified birth doula and psychotherapist specializing in maternal/perinatal mental health. I am passionate about birthing and labor and I love to empower other women to lean into their higher versions of themselves to have the best birthing experience possible!

I currently provide virtual birth doula services which include 2 prenatal meetings, birth & postpartum planning, 24/7 labor support, and one postpartum meeting. I also provide in-person doula services upon request in Boca Raton, FL.
