I will be giving birth in the hospital. Preferably vaginal birth. Estimated budget is around 3000-4000. I am looking for a postpartum doula that could help me recover after birth. I hope this person can provide services like massage (mom and baby if needed), belly binding, ginger/ herbal bath, lactation support, breastfeeding/pumping support, help with chores (house cleaning, laundry), and teach my partner about baby care, getting him prepped for any circumstances

giving birth at kaiser permanente. We are looking for night time doula support so that we can get some sleep immediately after baby is born. We could also use lactation support.

My baby boy is 5 months old and is starting to bit me while breastfeeding. He had stopped but he is biting again, and my nipples are very raw and tender. They hurt/ burn while nursing. I also need help with naps. Baby does not nap during the day and hasn’t napped during the day since 8 weeks old, we have tried lots of thing to try to get him to nap, but nothing works.
