I am active duty military and will be giving birth on base. Either Camp Pendleton or Balboa. I had a doula with my first child. I want a natural birth, delayed clamping, and 3 hours with my baby in my arms before anything is done to him.

I plan to give birth at UCSD Jacobs medical hospital. I'm unaware of the rate doulas typically cost as this is my first baby. I plan to give birth vaginally with medicine if necessary. I would like music, essential oils, lost of variety in movements while giving birth. I have gestational diabetes so I know that this can change to be either induced earlier or be a planned c-section.

I am active duty military and giving birth at Navy Hospital Camp Pendleton and am looking for a doula covered by Tricare to assist in my hospital birth.

We are hoping to find a birth doula to help us through the process as first time parents. We plan to give birth at UCSD and haven't yet created a birth plan.
