I will be on call for you from 38 - 42 weeks, provide unlimited labor support during active labor and will stay with you 1-2 hours after your baby is born. Labor support includes physical and emotional support, comfort measures, and empowering you to make educated choices in labor according to your goals and desires. I offer text support and one postpartum visit in your home within the first two weeks to ensure everyone is adjusting nicely. I am so happy that I was able to have Emma as my doula. It was my first pregnancy and I had so many questions. Not only is Emma filled with knowledge on pregnancy, holistic health and remedies but she was the best support person/hype girl. She really made me feel empowered and able to bring my girl into the world. She has all of the tips and tricks to help things go smoothly and held space for me when I really needed it. I hope I am able to have her at any future births. It wouldn’t be the same without her <3
