Hey there! My name is Elly and I am a certified full spectrum doula and a mama to three littles. I offer fertility, birth and postpartum support. I'm located in Jefferson Park and I'm a born and raised Chicagoan. I am a nursing student with a Bachelors in Health Science, and I bring my background knowledge in maternal health disparities into this work by working on a sliding fee scale for families with a tight budget. I am passionate about serving moms and dads in whatever way they need. I strive to provide high quality, compassionate and personalized care to families. No two families needs are the same and through great communication and a never-ending willingness to learn, I do my best to provide a fully curated experience. When I'm not busy at a birth or educating families at a prenatal, I am chasing after my three little gremlins be it at a forest preserve or around the toy section at target, haha. I love being active and cooking. Don't be surprised if I show up with a tin of cookies or a pot full of soup at your prenatal or postpartum visit. I love feeding my families! I offer prenatal support in the form of providing you with information to know regarding prenatal appointments and tests, as well as questions to take to your provider. I provide both virtual or in person meetings to discuss what you want to get out of this experience, and then come up with a birth plan outlining your desires. I’ll be there for your birth to provide emotional and physical support, and to make sure your voice is heard when you are at your most vulnerable. In postpartum I provide a couple home visits and provide you with a wide range of resources, meal planning, childcare for any older kiddos, and even some house tidying. I can cater your package to your needs and desires because not every mama needs support in the same way! I’m here to give you a tailored experience to meet you where you are 😊
