Service introduction

As a certified ProDoula, I offer a wide range of postpartum services designed to support families as they transition into life with a newborn. My services include hands-on newborn care, where I assist with feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques to help you gain confidence in your baby’s care. I also provide breastfeeding support, guiding mothers through any challenges they may encounter, and offering advice to establish successful feeding routines. In addition, I help with household organization, light meal preparation, and ensuring the home environment is peaceful and comfortable. Emotional support is a key part of my role, helping parents process the ups and downs of postpartum life, whether it's sleepless nights or adjusting to new routines. I’m available for day or some overnight care to provide parents with much-needed rest. My goal is to create a nurturing, stress-free environment so families can focus on bonding with their new baby.
