As a Certified Mommywise Sleep Trainer, I specialize in helping families achieve one of the most precious things in the world: great sleep. I use my extensive knowledge to provide sleep shaping for restless babies whose families need rest to thrive. My light humor and calm, reassuring presence bring comfort and ease to the families I work with. I live in Morganton with my son and our hodgepodge of pets.
