Hello Allison, I hope this finds you well. This is my first pregnancy. I am in need of a doula to guide myself and my husband, Shaheen, through the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period (including breastfeeding). We are hoping you can provide us with specific, actionable ways for Shaheen to support me during pregnancy, especially during labor, and during the postpartum period. I hope to labor at home as long as possible, avoid the epidural if possible, and I really would like to avoid a C-section. I am eager to learn about natural birthing techniques and positions that work with my body and gravity. Finally, my husband and I are Catholic, so we would appreciate a doula who is comfortable with prayer. Thank you for your time. Cheers, Elise 925-352-1942

I am planning to give birth at home, in Dublin California. I’m mainly looking for a midwife and possibly a doula for support. I am planning to use my insurance at Kaiser for my scans up through the third trimester, and mainly want the midwife and possible doula team for delivery. I imagine visiting with them beforehand, but relying on my insurance for everything else leading up to delivery. Budget is $5k or less I want to give birth at home, unmedicated, with minimal interventions.
Hi! This is Sonia, I’m due August 28 and planning to deliver my first child at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton. I’m currently looking for a birth doula and would love to learn a little more about your services and availability. I also recently found out that my employer offers a doula benefit, but to qualify, the doula needs to be certified through DONA International or the National Black Doula Association (NBDA). My budget is strictly 2000-2500$ as the reimbursement is a very small part. I’d love to set up a quick call to learn more about your approach, birth support, and what’s included in your package. Thank you!
Hospital birth at Tri Valley Hospital, Pleasanton Hoping to use insurance
Hi! I hope you're doing well. I'm currently looking for a birth doula for my upcoming delivery and came across your profile. My first birth was a difficult and traumatic experience, so this time I'm hoping to approach birth with more support, preparation, and a greater sense of confidence. I'm looking for a doula who can provide a calming presence, thoughtful guidance, and strong advocacy throughout labor and birth. I'd love to learn more about your approach, your availability, and what it's like to work with you. If it seems like we might be a good fit, I'd be grateful to connect. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
