I am so happy we found Dacia! As a first time mama, I really wanted to work with a doula that would help me confidently navigate labor, delivery, and the different scenarios (and decision points) we might encounter while delivering at the hospital. Dacia was such a positive part of our journey - from the minute we first met, I felt comfortable and supported by her. She was communicative and shared information and resources leading up to our birth, and made sure to address any questions and concerns my partner and I had. Dacia was calm and reassuring while we were laboring, providing physical and emotional support to me and my partner and helped me think through decisions as our birth progressed. Her calm demeanor and positive, compassionate attitude was such an important part of our big day. I'd recommend working with Dacia to anyone considering a doula!

Dacia was amazing! So encouraging and willing to work with us last minute! Really knowledgeable and complemented our labor and delivery nurse so well. The postpartum checks were so thoughtful and needed during a very stressful time. Highly recommend!

Dacia was my doula for the birth of my son on December 2, 2023. I truly don’t think I would have been able to accomplish the natural birth of my dreams without her support. She was such a good resource when I needed to make hard decisions during the pregnancy and she never left my side for one second during my labor. She brought so many tools and suggestions to help make me more comfortable, but most of all she had confidence in me and provided the validation I needed to achieve the birth of my dreams. It was important for me to find someone I could feel really comfortable around since birth is such a vulnerable process. I interviewed 4 other doulas before I found her and knew it was the right match right away. Talking to her is easy, she’s non judgmental, so I felt comfortable being honest and being myself. Her own birth experience makes her extremely well versed in various different ways to give birth and outcomes. I loved that she could bring all these different perspectives to the conversation. I would highly recommend using her for your birth and if all the stars align I plan to use her again to support me in future births. Forever grateful that the universe brought us together at the exact right time.

I’m so glad we worked with Dacia! She is very easy-going and most important, passioned about babies. Having her available 24h after 37 week eased the anxiety of the upcoming birth. Her calmness and confidence helped a lot during the delivery. Neither I nor my hubby couldn’t imagine the whole process without her guidance and massages:) Dacia taught me how to breathe properly which was crucial for the painful contractions and strong pushes. When unplanned things popped up, she was our stabilizer. It was the best decision to have her as our doula, totally recommend her!

Dacia was our doula during the birth of our first child, a baby girl born in July. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I met with her twice before the birth, she attended the birth and then came to our home after the baby was born. I had a birth plan but things shifted when our baby girl was a week late and I was induced. I was frustrated with communication from my physician, Dacia offered me support and suggestions to navigate those challenges. Once I was induced, she stayed connected with my husband - showing up to the hospital promptly when she was needed in the wee hours of the morning. She supported me during some difficult moments with the epidural - I had a few reactions like nausea and vomiting but she brought so many amazing tools/techniques to support me. My husband was amazing throughout the entire process but having Dacia in addition to him was so helpful. I don’t think we could’ve done it without her! I plan to use a doula again, hopefully Dacia, for my next birth and recommend it to all my friends now after having such an amazing experience with Dacia. Dacia has a very calming personality that helped ease my mind throughout the entire process.
