My partner and I worked with Cynthia for the birth of our baby. We are so grateful to have worked with her as our doula, especially as my birth experience did not go according to plan. Cynthia's expert guidance and calm presence throughout the process deeply reassured us, and she helped us meet various challenges with focus and perseverance. Throughout the vulnerable time of labor and delivery, Cynthia helped us discuss proposed interventions and make decisions that benefited us. Cynthia also met with us during the prenatal and postpartum periods. Ahead of the birth, she educated us on the birthing process, lactation, and infant care. She advised us on nursing following the birth of our baby when we faced challenges, providing support and encouragement when we most needed it. And we have so much gratitude for her postpartum visit to our home as we were able to discuss and process the birth together and feel affirmed in the process of postpartum recovery. I highly recommend Cynthia as her expertise, deep sense of care, support, professionalism, and guidance are unparalleled!

I felt that I was in such good hands with Cynthia as my doula. She was knowledgeable, calm, and empathetic. She made me feel strong and capable and she consistently anticipated what I needed during labor (and helped my partner do the same). In addition to being there for the birth and in the following hours, she met with us while I was pregnant and postpartum.

Cynthia served as our doula for the pregnancy and birth of our first child. We moved to the area during my third trimester and she was extremely supportive and helpful before and after our move to the area. I never once felt like I was going it alone, which was welcome relief given our large move during my pregnancy. She was knowledgeable and able to guide both me and my husband in ways that supported us best and led to a very informed, calm, and successful birth experience. I highly recommend hiring doula support, but even more so would heartily recommend Cynthia to anyone in the greater Philadelphia area. I wouldn’t have another without Cynthia!

My husband and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support we received from Cynthia, our birth and postpartum doula. From the moment we met her, it was evident that she was passionate about her work and genuinely cared about our well-being. Her dedication, knowledge, calming presence, and nurturing nature made our journey into parenthood a truly transformative experience. During the birth, Cynthia was an unwavering source of strength. She provided continuous emotional and physical support, offering reassurance and encouragement every step of the way. Her calming presence helped create a serene environment, allowing us to focus on the miracle of bringing our child into the world. Beyond the birth, Cynthia’s support during the postpartum period was invaluable. She is a pillar of knowledge, guiding us through the challenges and uncertainties that come with caring for a newborn. She supported me when I was most vulnerable after the birth and when I was overwhelmed by being a new mom. Unfortunately my mother could not be at the birth or provide postpartum support, and Cynthia filled that void and made me feel like everything would be okay. She cares so much about our baby Oliver and we are forever grateful to her. Her reassuring words and non-judgmental approach gave us the confidence to embrace our new roles as parents. Thank you so much, Cynthia.

I came to meet Cynthia at the height of the Covid pandemic. We were in search of a doula who could assist in the delivery of our baby girl in June of 2022. Cynthia was our person. She offered compassion, gave me support so that I could better advocate for myself and my baby. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a listener and someone to help support you through fears of childbirth. She supported me in my journey through Hypnobirthing and fully educated me on what my heart knew but my my mind needed reassurance. Would strongly recommend Cynthia she’s simply stated the best, and I consider a friend 17 months later.
