Labor massage/hip squeezes and counterpressure Labor positions Making sure you are eating and drinking Guiding your breathing Mindfulness and affirmations Encouragement Initial breastfeeding help Reading recommendations Information on pregnancy health, the birth process, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery and healthcare decisions for your newborn And more! This package includes two prenatal sessions lasting about 1 hour each, birth support, one postpartum visit. Monthly calls to check in and see how things are going. Continuous Support - Texts, emails and calls. I will be available for you when you need me. I like to keep the hours from 8am-5pm I will be on call for you from 37 weeks. Postpartum Support will begin immediately after birth and I will stay up to three hours after birth to make sure you are comfortable and if breastfeeding baby has latched properly. I will call the next day to check on mom and baby. There will also be 1 more post partum visit to check on how you are doing. I also will offer separately a birthing ball class for a separate fee. I am also a 4TFM Birthing ball instructor and this class will be available to you separately. This class is a 3-hour childbirth education class for mothers-to-be to prepare physically and mentally for the rigors of labor and birth. I will teach you how to use the birth ball, peanut ball, and CUB® to optimally progress labor and enhance their birthing experience. This class is suitable for home, birth center and hospital births, and will support mothers who plan unmedicated and epidural laboring.

Four Weeks Post Partum Care Starting $ 850.00 This will consist of 8 hours per week. Postpartum care will consist of light cleaning and organizing, laundry for you and baby. Meal prep. Baby care so mom and dad can rest and catch up. I will supply 2 batches of organic lactation treats. I will provide 2, 4- hour overnight visits. This will consist of baby care while parents get some sleep, including feedings. I also will have available a 4FTM Post Partum class offered separately. This class is A 6 weeks long mommy and me class that meets once a week to provide progressive, evidence based movement patterns to effectively recover from pregnancy and childbirth. Each week builds in strengthening exercises along with education covering topics such as diastasis recti, urinary leakage, return to running protocols, and other common concerns of motherhood to provide a solid foundation for the return to activities of daily life in their role as mother
