Hi! I'm Crystal Swanson. I'm a perinatal massage therapist, birth doula, and holistic practitioner based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With a passion for empowering expectant women, my approach blends the art of massage, personalized doula support, baby planning, and herbal wisdom. I envision birth as a sacred experience, embracing a holistic perspective that nurtures both the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy. I aim to provide parents with confidence, joy, and a touch of tranquility on their parenthood adventure. In my free time, I'm usually stuck in a book with a delicious cup of herbal tea or a latte or getting ganged up on any or all of my kids, lol.

I offer birth doula support (in person and virtual); massage for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as infant massage instruction; baby planning; and herbal consultations. You can choose a single service or a bit of everything!

Frequently asked questions

What types of births do you support?

I support all types of births! No matter if it's at home, birth center, or hospital; or if it's a surgical, medicated, or unmedicated birth. Whatever type of birth you choose or need, I'll be there to support and empower you. If it's your 1st time, or 7th time, I got you!

Do you bill any insurance?

I am a Health First Colorado (Medicaid) doula and will bill Medicaid directly for covered doula services.

Will you bill insurance for massage services?

I do not bill insurance for massage but I do accept HSA/FSA cards for payment. You can just put in your HSA/FSA card details when booking your appointments. Great for when you need to use your fund by the end of the year for single massages and massage packages!
