My name is Courtney Moore Rodriguez. I am a certified lactation educator (CLE), certified postpartum doula (CPD), and certified infant and family sleep specialist (IFSS). I am here to support your family in person (within the Denver metro area) and/or virtually…from the time you find out you’re expecting, through your baby’s first birthday. In those first few weeks and months, it can be hard to ask for help. I am a strong believer in helping families to help themselves (with a good amount of time for rest and self care thrown in too). Rather than taking care of your baby for you, I make sure that you have the skills, knowledge, and rest to do it on your own. I assist families in a non-judgmental fashion and always strive to meet you where you are. I am up to date on the latest research regarding infant feeding, sleep, and newborn care, and can give you non-biased information so that you can make informed choices that work for your family.

Courtney is so wonderful!! We worked with her as a postpartum doula as first time parents. Before baby came, thought we’d work with her for a few weeks…..nine months later I still rely on Courtney as an extremely trusted resource and for support when we need it. She shaped our parenting experience in those first few weeks and months so much for the better that I have so much gratitude for her patience, knowledge, emotional support and calming presence. Courtney provided amazing, loving care to our baby and taught my husband and I really everything at the beginning as we had no experience with babies! It was such peace of mind knowing I could ask Courtney anything and not rely on the rabbit hole of google or social media. She helped us through so many challenges during such an emotional time and helped with all kinds of things to make our lives easier. Months later we still turned to Courtney for help on baby sleep, eating and also for my breastfeeding journey. I would never have even started my breastfeeding journey, never mind made it to ten months, without her. I am beyond grateful we found Courtney to work with and recommend anyone to work with her!

Courtney supported our family after the birth of both our daughters born in 2021 and 2022. To say we couldn't have survived those first few months without Courtney would be an understatement! She provided overnight care for a few nights a week, allowing us to get periods of uninterrupted sleep while ensuring our babies were well cared for. Even after she would leave our home for the day, she would take the time to answer any questions we had. She was so knowledgeable about newborn care, sleep, nursing, pumping, and more! She was truly an invaluable, trusted partner throughout the postpartum phase. She will take excellent care of you, your babies, and your family!

We hired Courtney as our night doula for our first child and it was life changing. She is so gentle and calming that she easily puts a new mom at ease. Plus, she’s so experienced with babies that she was able to answer all of my new mom questions and make me feel more confident. I used Courtney again for my second child without thinking twice. She’s the best!

Courtney was a really important part of my postpartum experience. Having someone knowledgeable and reliable that I trusted with my daughter’s wellbeing took a big weight off my shoulders and eased my new mom anxiety. She was also full of resources for every issue I had. She was also just generally good company… my time chatting with her probably saved my sanity. We love her!

Courtney was the postpartum Doula I didn’t know I needed until after my first was born and I was struggling. My husband had to go back to work almost immediately and Courtney was there to provide immense emotional support. She answered all my newborn questions and helped me troubleshoot swaddles, sleeping, pumping, and schedules. She provided excellent hands on newborn care and I felt beyond uncomfortable. While my husband was initially reluctant to hiring anyone, he now jokes that if Courtney needed a kidney he’d give her one. I say this to illustrate the invaluable benefits you get from hiring doula support.
