About me

Having supported hundreds of families, we understand that everyone’s journey is unique—and our approach to support is unique to every family. We strive to help our clients feel a sense of agency, satisfaction and connection with their births and their babies, regardless of the path labor takes. Our mission is to help you have a safe, positive birth, lactation and postpartum experience, empowered by compassion, knowledge and informed consent, whether your intention is a medicated or unmedicated birth, whether you intend to exclusively breast/chest-feed, exclusively pump, or supplement with formula. We offer a full range of virtual group and private classes to help you prepare for and navigate the emotional and physical path of labor, birth, lactation, parenting and pumping—and to help you find your voice, and use it, in the healthcare setting. Our evidence-based classes give you the tools to make decisions based on empowerment and intention, wherever you are during this wondrous, vulnerable, unpredictable time.
