Northern Inyo Hospital I’m on a limited budget. I wish to avoid an epidural if possible, and have a vaginal delivery.

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out.
