Hello! I am planning on giving birth at Fresno Kaiser Permanente. Looking for a doula who accepts Kaiser insurance and this is my first pregnancy. As for my birth plan, I am planning for a vaginal delivery (if possible!), epidural and breathing techniques for pain management. For Delivery room atmosphere music is a must and dim lights. For delivery methods lying on back or squatting, whatever is beneficial. Skin to skin contact for sure and planning on breast feeding. I would love to have a doula who strongly supports African American moms. Thank you!

I am pregnant with twins and 7 months pregnant. This is my 6th and 7th child and my second set of twins. I will be having my first c section with this birth and very nervous . Northern Inyo Hospital I’m on a limited budget. I wish to avoid an epidural if possible, and have a vaginal delivery.

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out. At home birth. If time wanting an at home birth so not sure about prices but would love to use my insurance. I want to listen to my body and have it push my baby’s out. Don’t want to do any hard pushing. Move in different positions.
