This is my second baby, but had complications with first, including 48 hour labor, baby’s cord wrapped around neck and body, and I needed an episiotomy. After hours of hard pushing, I had an internal vaginal hepatoma that had to be drained and experienced pain for about 4 months. I have an HSA which I’d like to use, but can budget about $3k.
