Would like myself and spouse to take a birthing class. Looking into hypno birthing class. Want to learn to practice natural pain management. We would love to have a water birth but have had no luck setting that up. Most likely will be giving birth at hospital in Chattanooga. On my end, I am particularly interested in finding a postpartum doula who can meet the following criteria: Certification: The doula must hold a current and valid certificate. Training: The doula must have attended at least 24 hours of evidence-informed training. Experience: The doula should have a proven track record of providing postpartum support following at least three childbirths. My husband and I are taking a traditional approach with a hospital birth and CDC recommended vaccination schedule. We’re looking for a team that is a supporter of that traditional approach.

Im giving birth at home. Im currently a single mom so im not too sure on budget but I want to see my options! My birth plan will involve a really close cousin of mine and my best friend. It will be in a small pool. I want to hold my baby and wait a little bit after to cut the cord.
