About Clare

Hi, I'm Clare! I'm a pediatric sleep coach to in the North East Florida area, but I offer my services to parents from all over. I teach TIRED parents how to implement healthy sleep skills with their kiddos so the whole family can feel rested and thrive! I know from personal experience how difficult it is to be sleep deprived but confused about where to turn for help. My whole child approach looks beyond the "problem" at hand and gets to the core of your child's sleep difficulties. Don't feel stuck thinking you just have to deal with it. Let's get to know you and your child a little better!

Sleep Coach services

Depending on the age of your child we spend anywhere from two to four weeks together. In this time I am coaching you 1:1 through a customized sleep plan I create for you and your child. My consultations and services are primarily done virtually but I do offer additional in person support for those who live in the surrounding area.
