Birth Explained offers inclusive, evidence-based childbirth education. Regardless of where you are in your reproductive process—pregnant or not—there is a class for you! Classes are offered as weekend intensives or over the course of 4-6 weeks. Come nerd out and have fun while exploring the world of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
