About Cierra

Hello! My name is Cierra and I am a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and breast/chestfeeding counselor. I offer birth and postpartum support, group and in-home childbirth preparation classes, breast/chestfeeding preparation and support to families in the Greater St. Louis Area. I hold four certifications from the International Doula Institute, and am a member of Doulas of Greater St. Louis, Evidence Based Birth, the National Black Doulas Association, and the St. Louis Doulas of Color Collective. I am also a certified American Heart Association Basic Life Support provider. My mission is to provide families with evidence-based perinatal support through education and preparation. My vision is for every family to have the resources and support they desire for their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.

What to expect

I offer birth and postpartum doula support, group and in-home childbirth preparation classes, breast/chestfeeding preparation and support and perinatal nutrition educations. I also offer birth art therapy.

Do you host any classes or special events?

Yes! Group childbirth preparation classes are in the work, as well as a free monthly community meet-up for expectant families to connect with one another and with a childbirth professional. See website for more details.

Do you support home births?

Yes. I will support any home birth that will attended by a certified nurse-midwife (CNM).

Which hospitals/birthing centers do you support births at?

I offer my services at all area hospitals and birthing centers in St. Louis and St. Charles counties in Missouri and St. Clair and Madison counties in Illinois.
