I just want to say how Cieara was such an amazing Doula. Cieara came in my life right on time when I had hopes of having a doula for my labor and delivery. She gave me insight on resources and information and sent daily affirmations. Along with assisting me through those strong painful contractions with comforting measures. And even stayed the night with me during my labor what seemed like for hours. I also had a drop in my milk supply and she offered to make lactation cookies that were not only delicious but increased my supply from 2 ounces back to 3-4ounces. Thank you Cieara

Cieara was great at checking in with me before and after the birth of my daughter. I also had lactation issues n she made me lactation Blueberry muffins to try to help me produce milk... she's a great doula and an even better person

I had Cieara as my doula for my first pregnancy and she was an absolute joy! She checked in with me leading up to my due date and helped ease my anxiety about delivery. When I was induced a week after my due date Cieara came to the hospital and sat with me over night and supported me when my epidural wore off and talked me through my contractions (at 3 am). Also seeing her advocate on my behalf helped me be able to advocate for myself when she wasn’t there (my labor lasted for what seemed like forever and she had to work that morning). Later that day after I gave birth and she got off work she came back up to the hospital for a few hours and sat with me and my baby and I really appreciated it. My pregnancy wasn’t the best experience but having Cieara towards the end of my pregnancy helped me so much and I’m glad I was able to have her as my doula.

In looking for a doula, I was hoping to find someone who could help me advocate for myself with hospital staff. Me being a single parent & this being my first child I had alot of questions. Cieara was that and so much more! From her sending affirmations & the text/phone calls I had peace. Before and after the birth she was super helpful rounding out my knowledge, answering real-time questions about pre-labor and a newborn baby. During labor she was particularly amazing — she was hands on with tools and tactics that moved things along and eased my discomfort, she helped me pivot the plan as tricky decisions came up, and she was collaborative with the hospital staff at St. Vincent Woman’s Hospital (they knew her and clearly respected her), and she even slept on the hospital chair to stay with me all night! All with a warm, loving, easygoing, and positive attitude making my first experience I feel secure, confident, and empowered through the whole experience. I can’t highly recommend Cieara enough.
