As a Certified Birth Doula and 1:1 Pregnancy and Birth Coach, I like to think of my role as a consultant, advocate, and fairy-godmother all-in-one. I will assist you in achieving your Dream Birth by providing continuous physical and emotional support, and by helping you maintain informed consent in every setting. My job is to empower your instincts and make space for this incredible gift you are experiencing. I will also help your partner to support you by giving them the confidence to step in and perform emotional and physical comfort measures. My goal for my Clients is a Peaceful, Informed, and Joyful Labor! I am open to 80 mile travel throughout Colorado. I will attend any Home, Hospital, or Birth Center labor.
