As your doula, I will help you to: Discover your priorities, your fears and concerns, and help you develop strategies to manage them. Trust your body and your ability to give birth comfortably and with ease. Handle any interventions or curve balls that may come your way. Feel fully educated, confident and ready for your birthing journey.

Birth Doula

Two (2) prenatal visits in you home, lasting approximately 90 minutes each Help creating your birth plan Available by phone & text to discuss your questions & concerns starting at 32 weeks On-call availability beginning two weeks before and up to two weeks after your estimated due date Continuous support during your labor and birth in the hospital or birth center of your choice, or for your homebirth Support at home in early labor, if desired and appropriate Support after your baby is born during the immediate recovery phase (up to 2 hours) One postpartum home visit, typically on the third or fourth day after returning home (can be earlier if needed or preferred) Phone consultations as needed, up to six weeks postpartum

Hypno-Doula

Three to Four 90-Minute Prenatal Meetings We will discuss, practice your hypnosis and develop your birth plan. I will help you feel confident and ready for your birth. You will be fully prepared for a safe, healthy and peaceful birth. 24/7 On-Call Support You can reach me via text, phone or email. Feel confident and at ease knowing I am available whenever you need me. Continuous Childbirth Support I will support you during your labor and birth using comfort and coping methods. During your recovery, I continue my support for you and baby until you are both comfortable and resting. Postpartum Care Once you and baby are home, I will visit when you are ready. I can support you and your newborn with any emotional or nutritional needs. I can provide resources for any additional care you may need.

Placenta Encapsulation

After safely obtaining your placenta, the following process is performed to provide you with your product. 1) Placenta is rinsed. 2) If the Traditional Chinese Method is being used, your placenta will be steamed with herbs. If you choose to encapsulate raw, this step will be skipped. 3) Placenta is dehydrated. 4) Placenta is ground to a fine powder. 5) Placenta powder is carefully placed into capsules and secured to ensure closure.
