- Virtual Interview (free of charge) - 1 virtual prenatal meeting to discuss birth choices & support with Birth Plan - Virtual Support to determine the onset of labor -Virtual & Text labor support with comfort measures - 1 Virtual postpartum visit within the first two weeks of delivery

Postpartum Care
- Virtual Interview (free of charge) -1 hour includes: Quick Tidying Up Support Changing and Nursing Station Set-Up Check-in for Mom, Partner, and Baby Breastfeeding/ Bottle Feeding Support - 2 hours include: 1-hour services Light House Cleaning (Tidying up some of the living spaces) Break for Mom and Partner ( I will watch the baby, while you take a shower, or grab something to eat, in your home) - 3 hours include: 2 hours services Laundry Support ( Wash, Dry, and Fold) Break for Mom and Partner including 1-hour nap while I watch the baby -4 hours include: 3 hours services Meal Preparation ( Meal choice to be discussed prior)

Birth Doula Standard Package
-Virtual Interview (free of charge) - 2 virtual/in-person prenatal meetings to discuss birth choices -Text support starting at 30 weeks -Phone support starting at 35 weeks -In-person labor support, and up to 2 hrs immediate postpartum support following delivery -1 Virtual/in-person postpartum visit within the first two weeks of delivery Don’t let cost be a barrier for doula services, I am willing to work with you.

I was extremely anxious during my second pregnancy after having a miscarriage during my first. I didn’t know what to do and had many questions with just about everything. Cheyenne was very patient, friendly, and professional. She answered about every question I had and provided me with great support. I was about to relax a little bit with her around. I will definitely work with her again the next time around.
