I am also a certified childbirth educator and a certified lactation counselor. I have a bachelor’s degree in human and child development. I am passionate about taking care of families, especially during pivotal life experiences such as bringing a child into the world. I draw on my education and training as well as my personal experience of having 4 children of my own. As a doula, I am here to support and empower you so you can enjoy your birth by reducing fear and trusting your body's ability to give birth.
