Hi Mamas! I’m Channon, owner of Sweaty Mama Beckenham. I am a Lockdown Mama! I had my first baby during the covid pandemic and was that an experience and a half! Like all Mamas on maternity and especially during 2020, I have been seeking out ways to get back into shape post birth and socialise with the Mamas in my area. And I know I’m not the only one. Since having my baby boy, I realised all too well that it’s important to do what you truly love. And for me, that’s fitness and exercise, dance and generally having fun…. Ta da! Sweaty Mama Beckenham was born. If you’re a Mum, Daughter, Sister, Nan, Aunty or friend who wants to build up your fitness (post birth or just in general), socialise with other Mamas during your maternity, make new friends or find new ways to bond with your baby, we’ve got you! ; ) I’m looking forward to meeting all you Mamas for some fitness and some fun!

We have 3 different classes to offer: - Sweaty Mama (Aerobics) with baby. Fun and effective workouts, choregraphed to different tracks (a different theme every term). - Sweaty Mamilates (Pilates) with baby or prenatal. Low impact sessions perfect for the preparation of birth and for gentle strengthening after birth. The focus is on core muscle groups, diastasis recti and pelvic floor strengthening. - Sweaty Bootcamp (Group PT) ladies only sessions. Fun and themed sessions each week. HIIT training, cardio madness, resistance work. Also includes games nights including jenga, connect 4, wheel of fortune and play your cards right to name a few!
