Hello! We are looking for a postpartum doula to join our family in March as we welcome our newest addition to our family. I am hoping to find an experienced specialist for our family to help me recover properly, care for our little on overnight and aid us in nursing and sleep support.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I want to have an epidural but also want support with being able to change positions with an epidural. I want help with breastfeeding and latching support.

We are giving birth at UCI MEDICAL CENTER. Budget is $4000. We are looking for a birthing doula to help us ensure an easy and optimized labor and delivery as well as with postpartum care while at home. Looking for someone to help minimize pain during birth, emotional support , prevent cesarean section, collaborate with nurses and doctors to optimize the admission. Lactation help making sure we are optimizing feeding.

Hi, I am an exclusively breastfeeding mother looking for a IBCLC to help me assess some latching issues I've been having with my newborn. He is almost 3 weeks old and has been feeding well enough to be gaining weight consistently. The latch is not terribly damaging to my nipples but it's also not comfortable enough to make it through his recent growth spurt without raising some concern for me. I cannot tell if there's something I can do better to get a deeper latch or if he's just small and needs to grow a bigger mouth?? Or does he have a tongue tie? Does he need bodywork? Ideally I'd like to find someone who provides service under Medi-cal coverage with Molina Healthcare. Otherwise I have a budget of $200 for fully investigating this issue.

My baby is almost 5 months old. He is currently exclusively breastfed, when he was around 2 months I introduced a bottle I believe 2 times. He fed well. Now as I’m transitioning into going back to work he has refused to take any bottle. We’ve tried 6-7 different types. Slow introduction, separation from me, warming nipple, warming milk, changing nipple flow/size nothing has worked. He begins to get frustrated and I don’t want to create an aversion but it really has been difficult finding a solution.
