Hi everyone! I’m the oldest of three so reminding mothers to take time for themselves and helping with children is very natural for me. Doula-ing (whether I knew what it was or not) has always been a theme in my life, and is something that has become very dear to me in the past few years. I’m a firm believer that knowledge is power, and with birth as no exception to that my main focus is always providing evidence based, informative care.

My care is deeply rooted in providing evidence based information, unbiased support, and the tools you need to make informed decisions. I support all birthing bodies, in all environments.
