Hi, I’m Cathy Jo Lang LLC. I have a wide variety of maternal child expertise, experience and understanding. This gives me the proper tools to support you as you transition from pregnancy to parenthood. I’ve worked in the hospital maternal child dept in all areas as well as lactation consulting, homecare and now a certified professional life coach. I am compassionate, understanding and encouraging. And, I will support you as you transition from pregnancy to parenthood with regular virtual 1:1 coaching sessions. And, I will always let you know if there is something I’m not sure of and when you may need to consult your physician.
Cathy Joe was able to instill a sense a comfort and security with becoming a new mother. Within six months I lost my own mother and become one. This was mentally exhausting, Cathy Joe was there to help my husband and I on this new adventure with a nurturing loving touch. She always went above and beyond with her effective knowledge of new borns and gently guided us through the new experiences we were in-during. She single handedly made us confident parents. To have her in our lives, especially during that time was a blessing.

Cathy was an excellent resource to have as a first time mom, she came to my home and was very patient and kind. The main reason she came was to help with nursing, she made me very comfortable and answered all of my questions while giving me the tools for my breast feeding journey. Without her help I don’t know if I would have succeeded, I exclusively breastfed my first baby for 15 months and my second for 3 years.

I first met Cathy when my twins arrived 5 weeks early and had to stay in the NICU. As a first time mom, I was so scared and worried about my girls. Cathy was one of the first nurses we met and helped us navigate all the wires, sounds and chaos of the NICU. It makes sense that she does life coaching and enjoys helping others as she put us at such ease and helped alleviate our fears. One twin was released after 12 days and the other at 15 days. I know it would have been a much more stressful experience had we not had Cathy as one of our nurses. Her ability to calm our nerves, explain everything that was happening in a way that was understandable without making us feel like toddlers, and her faith in everything being ok made our two weeks very manageable. We were able to focus on the girls and not our fears. Months after leaving the NICU, we ended up being neighbors with Cathy and I’ve continued to see the same energy in everything she does. There is just something very calming and relaxing in being around Cathy. When speaking with her about anything, I know she’s truly hearing, listening and caring. She genuinely cares about helping people be better in every aspect of life!
