I have been interested in women’s health, pregnancy and babies most of my life. My own challenging infertility and birth experiences made me even more passionate about supporting parents during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Located in the Denver Area. I support families through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, providing education and emotional support. I am also an infant sleep coach.

I offer birth doula support in-home, in birth centers and hospitals. I do at least 2 in-home visits before the birth and one postpartum visit after where I offer a belly bind to help with recovery. I provide postpartum doula services in-home both days and overnights. I also do sleep coaching for infants and toddlers both virtually and in-person. I do private childbirth education as well as newborn care and breastfeeding classes prenatally.
