Carmen was absolutely incredible. She supported me emotionally throughout my pregnancy and even went to an OB appointment with me. She checked in with me weekly and genuinely cared for my and my baby’s well being. She took the time to educate me on different topics but also always respected my decisions and fully supported me and made me feel heard. I had a very tough labor and honestly cannot imagine what I would have done without her support. She advocated for me and listened to all my concerns. She was next to me the whole time and helped me both physically and emotionally to get through a 2 day labor with three hours of active pushing. My family is so thankful for her, she went above and beyond any expectations we had!

I found Carmen towards the end of my pregnancy due to moving to a new city and she worked with me from the very beginning on so many different accommodations. I could never thank her enough. She constantly sent me videos and different articles to read about different situations that I was asking about or just general advice during the last stages of my pregnancy that really kept me informed and it was just very nice to have someone with experience And non bias just giving me information I needed. Carmen was always available to talk and stuck with me throughout my entire 24+ hour labor that ended up in a c section. Not only did she implement TONS of techniques during the laboring process, but she gave my husband such a piece of mind that he kept raving about her to all of his friends during the process and recommended everyone get a Doula, it brought him so much comfort and peace having someone in the room who could guide us! Her confidence and calm demeanor really helped us. Forever grateful I found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who’s caring, calm, and professional.
