This is my second birth, and I plan on giving birth at Scripps Encinitas, which will be as natural as possible. I am also looking for a postpartum doula 2-3 days a week for my first few weeks postpartum. Ideally, I would like support with massage, meal prep, light housework, etc.

I am active duty military and will be giving birth on base. Either Camp Pendleton or Balboa. I had a doula with my first child. I want a natural birth, delayed clamping, and 3 hours with my baby in my arms before anything is done to him.

As of right now, I am leaning towards having a home birth (however I am not 100% decided yet). My estimated budget is around $1000. I do not have a solidified birth plan at the moment, and would love help developing one.
